Rigidbody2D AddForce for Jumping

I've a Jump method that uses the AddForce, but somehow my characters look like it's walking on the moon, it jumps and very slowly falls to the ground. I tried tweaking the Mass, LinearDrag, Gravity Scale and the jump strength(that I set). But the more I change it, the weirder it gets. Is there any rule to make it work properly?
